GLASGOW CLIFTONHILL GREYHOUND STADIUM

The Scottish second city of Glasgow has had many greyhound tracks in the past, the most famous being Shawfield, but a lesser known track was situated in the Cliftonhill area of the city.The track first opened for racing in 1931.

The track ran successfully for 24 years but finally closed its gates in 1955.
